More than any subject...this is the one that burns within me.

Why?

Because it is the bridge between personal empowerment and true impact and meaningful change in the lives of others.

Again...Why?

Because true change, true heartfelt & hearted decision-making cannot be fawned, cannot be feigned, and cannot be replicated, commodified, predicted, or outsourced.

It has to come from YOU.

Developing true Authentic Agency is the driving force behind everything I do - both personally and professionally.

You see - action in alignment with your values, your truth, and driven by the impulses of grounded bodily wisdom acts like a beacon.

This beacon casts its light deeply not only into your own subconscious and identity structures but it acts like a constant resonant chime, or ripple, into the world at large and into the minds and hearts of others.

Authentic Agency is the ability to act in a way that is true to oneself, while also considering the needs of others and by proxy inspiring them to do the same.

In short - it is a win-win.

You're going to ruffle some feathers by walking this path, your own and others. I say ruffle away.

True kindness is not virtue-driven.

True leadership is not manipulative and does not slowly guild someone out of their own authority but rather fosters it and inspires them to take the lead of themselves.

True change is not for the sake of appearance.

True growth places emphasis on what can be sustained as opposed to short-term gains.

The parallels between self-growth, business, the workplace, and your relationships are there for a reason. The same rules of life apply across all aspects because the common denominator in them all...

Is you.

My friend the beginning of the change that you wish to see in your life starts with making decisions that satiate your desire for "the real".

The trade-off, the bargaining, the postponing that we all sometimes succumb to is far less circumstantial than our habit-formed thinking would have us believe.

No one is asking you to play small, complete the task that your bones are aching for you to put down, or to maintain the relationship where you feel duty-bound and worst of all...

No one is asking you to keep quiet about the passion, the desire for joy, the genius that is within you.

Small steps mark the first brave new directions in crafting a life that not only reflects your capacity for Authentic Agency - but supports it in perpetuity.

This is a space where the need for should, would & could become distant artifacts of your vocabulary and operating system.

I ask you this...

Perhaps the revolution we seek in our own lives and society at large is not to be unleashed by grand social movements, theories, or mandates...

But by the small, incremental adjustments of doing what feels generative.

Generative in this case meaning that actions, words & deeds add to the life force & choice points of an individual and to others simultaneously.

Believe me - it is possible.

This is a call to arms.

The 2 attached to your chest.

And the Hands were my made to do the Hearts work.

All things that ever change do so in the life & imagination of an individual first.

My Life & Imagination includes a vision for you that enriches and gives fuel to my own.
